Commission types

Pairings

USD 200

  • Base:

  • SFW/NSFW

  • 2 characters, half body

  • Gradient background, can add simple items (flower petals, snow, light rays etc.)

  • Extra charges apply (depending on complexity) for:

  • Both full body +USD100

  • Only 1 full body +USD50

  • Additional characters(half body) +USD70 each (max 4)

  • Additional characters(full body) +USD120 each (max 2)

  • Detailed BG +USD90-USD200

  • Less detailed props (sword, book, ball, etc.) +USD30 per prop

Props: something that the characters use/interact, price will be applied if there is no detailed BG add on.

Terms of Service

  • Payment to be made in full upfront via Paypal invoice. Invoice will be sent beforehand.

  • All transactions are in USD.

  • I will only proceed to start the commission once payment has been made.

  • Commissions are on a first pay first serve basis.

  • All commissions are intended for personal use only and are not to be used for commercial purposes, please email me if otherwise.

  • I reserve the right to reject a commission.

  • Please provide thorough and clear references for your commission through email. (Further details below)

Process

  • The time for commissions to be completed can take up to 2 months depending on factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work and personal issues. If any of these things occurs, you will be notified asap.

  • I do not accept rushed orders. But please let me know the latest date you need the artwork if there is a deadline.

  • I will issue work in progress for the sketch and the end of color stage only.

  • Changes to sketches are only up to a maximum of 3 times. I do not accept an entire change to composition, the entire pose or the entire background. Additional changes of more than the 3 times given will incur charges depending on complexity.

  • After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Small changes includes change of the hue of the skin or clothes and etc. Subject to discussion.

  • Great changes are subject to a 50% surcharge of the original commission price i.e; outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, background change or anything that needs an entire redraw.

  • If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

Copyright & Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

  • Promote myself within any place or site.

  • Post it wherever I want.

The commissioners are allowed to;

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

The following is considered Copyright Infringement:

  • Reproduction and using the commissioned artwork as commercial material (meaning making money from it in any way)

  • Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • Removing any watermarks/signatures.

  • Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s consent.

If I found that you violate the copyright and usage policy, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and I will refuse to work with you in the future.A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of the original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to reproduce as commercial material i.e; printed in books, covers, posters and any forms of merch material as well as to market or promote your brand across all social media or websites. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

Cancel & Refund Policy

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  • If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

  • You have no right to cancel or demand a full refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.

  • If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I stated will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Your identity will be publicly announced on every platform I use for other artists to see and watch out for.

  • I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the rights to the money you have given me.
